Service Advisor

The Service Advisor is responsible for building strong customer relationships and selling the technicians' time. They greet and consult customers on service needs, perform a thorough vehicle walk around inspection as part of the write-up, sell and up sell services by emphasizing value, keep customers updated on services, field all live service calls, and take ownership of the customer experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an impressionable experience with the customer.

  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet departments sales forecast
  • Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request
  • Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
  • Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
  • Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicle.

Service Technician

Russ HublerCDJR is currently searching for both Entry Level and Experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join our team! RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
  • Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
  • Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and performing a repair, if authorized by the Customer.
  • Accurately documenting vehicle repairs/work performed on the repair order.
  • Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Valid driver license, maintaining a safe driving record
  • ASE/Manufacturer certifications a plus and /or previous Automotive Technician experience
